Keeping Your Clients Happy
One of my number one goals as a photographer is to make sure my clients are happy with their portraits and had a good experience with the process. I want them to look at their images and think “wow” and be excited to share them with the world. I want their overall experience they had with me from booking their session all the way through to picking up their products to be pleasant, easy, and enjoyable. At the end of the day all that matters is that my clients are pleased with their products and experience. If they are not happy they will probably not be repeat customers and you will most certainly not get a referral to their friends and family. I love when I have clients who leave reviews on my social media to let others know that they had a good experience at their session and that they like/love their images. As a photographer it is one of the highest honors for your client to gush over your work and let others know that it is worth their time to check you out.

Shawn Spencer Photography is family friendly photography. Working with Shawn is like working with a friend. She creates a private and personable photo session for newborns, that is welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed the calming pleasant aroma of essential oils diffusing and the comfort of her home. During my session, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience with my precious newborn. Shawn encouraged me to feed and cuddle my tiny bundle of joy as needed throughout the session.
