What a blast it was capturing Austin’s senior session! Austin's relaxed and easygoing demeanor brought a wonderful vibe to the shoot, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how his images turned out. Courtney, Austin’s mom, reached out to book the session, and together, we embarked on a journey to find the perfect location. Luckily, Courtney’s connection to Wolfe Heights Winery came through, and we were granted access to this picturesque venue after hours. It was a dream come true!
Having photographed at Wolfe Heights Winery before, I knew we were in for a treat. The sprawling landscape, complete with olive groves, vineyards, a tranquil pond, and charming bridges, set the stage for an enchanting session. It was the ideal backdrop for Austin, who expressed a preference for a natural setting.
Despite Austin’s initial shyness and aversion to being photographed, we quickly broke the ice with some upbeat tunes and plenty of laughter. Before long, he was at ease, which was such a joy to see. With the entire venue at our disposal, we explored every nook and cranny, uncovering hidden gems along the way.
Austin absolutely nailed his outfit choices, showcasing three distinct looks that perfectly reflected his style. From casual chic to sophisticated elegance, each ensemble highlighted his personality and flair. And let’s talk about that GQ moment when he suited up – absolute perfection!
As he prepares to graduate from Christian Brothers High School this May and embark on his journey at Cosumnes River College in the fall, Austin has his sights set on a career in computers, with a potential focus on cybersecurity. I have no doubt he’ll excel in whatever path he chooses.
