The holiday season is here, and I’m thrilled to have already started capturing Christmas memories for my wonderful clients! I had the privilege of photographing Antonio, Elizabeth, and their sweet fur babies, Mr. Blue and Ms. Coors, for their Christmas photos last year, so you can imagine my excitement when Elizabeth reached out for another Christmas session this year. Seeing familiar faces come back to create new memories each season is such an honor—it’s one of the things I cherish most about this work!
This time, Elizabeth chose West 12 Ranch as the perfect setting. For Christmas, this magical spot goes all out with decor, transforming into a holiday dreamland with cozy Christmas scenes scattered throughout. Every corner sparkles with festive lights, beautiful holiday props, and that cozy warmth we all look forward to this time of year. It’s truly a photographer’s wonderland, and it gave us the perfect backdrop for capturing this family’s holiday spirit.
We spent the session wandering through the different Christmas setups, capturing moments filled with love, warmth, and a whole lot of personality! The dogs were absolute stars, both so well-behaved, and Elizabeth made sure they looked the part with the most adorable details. She brought along a rustic wooden box with a “Merry Christmas” message and had even crocheted matching sweaters for Mr. Blue and Ms. Coors—perfection! The little touches that reflect each family’s unique style really make these photos special, and Elizabeth’s thoughtful details brought so much charm to their session.
