One of the best things for a photographer is having a family decide you’re their photographer and want to use you again and again. My clients are always special and sometimes those clients turn into friends. This is very true of the Taylor-Smith Family. I was so privileged to be little Avery’s photographer for her newborn photos. Avery’s parents, Jessica and Chad, had a great experience and kept in touch with me over the last year. Jessica would send me photos of Avery as she got bigger, and I loved getting to see her grow over this last year. Jessica reached out and asked me to take Avery’s first Halloween photos and that was a hoot.
For their family photo session Jessica chose Jack Hill Park. The fall colors were in full swing and one of my favorite spots is a little spot by the bridge where the golden light beamed through and gave such warmth to this sweet and amazing little family. Jessica and Chad wore jeans with deep pine green colored sweaters while Avery wore a cute little dress that matched the coloring of the sweaters and added additional fall colors with the leaves and flowers on the dress. The highlight of the whole session was little Miss Avery. Her smile is so infectious. She grinned so wide, and you can even see her teeth as they are coming in. I took so many of just her. I loved how these all turned out. I can’t wait to take Avery’s 1-year photos! Love this family!
